Hello, I'm Marianne, age 63. I have four childeren en 8 grandchildren. I worked as a nurse and later I became a medical secretary. Last year I'd retired. I live with my husband in a village near the city Utrecht, in the centre of the Netherlands. We live in a nice house with a garden. My oldest daughter lives in the house next to ours. It's very nice to have her, her husband and their children - our grandchildren - around.

I have many interests and I like to do several things, but my favourites are to play and have fun with my grandchildren, and I do like reading, drawing, gardening and traveling. And I'm playing African drums.
I love to cook and eat vegetarian meals. So, if you now any good vegetarian recepie, will you please chare it with me?

I like postcards with landscape views, historic buildings and with the typical flowers and animals of your country. I also like cards showing cultural events and celebrations.

But what I like the most is if you send me a postcard that is connected with a special memory of you, and please will you tell me about it?

But I will be happy too with any other postcard.
