Hello from Mississauga, Ontario, Canada

I am interested in:
- postcards (sincere postcards where you wonder why anyone would make a postcard of this particular subject, motels, local subjects, little things, not so much landmarks, unless they're old.)
- old or vintage postcards (even ones that have been used before)
- contemporary art (especially conceptual art) from around the world
- postcards that display a collection of 'like' things - shells, cacti, rocks, bird footprints
- how others see Canada

I collect Canadian mountie postcards (that's the RCMP - Royal Canadian Mounted Police). Sometimes I think that's all people know about Canada. Those police in red coats. Funny. And Canadian.

As a project for 2014, I am sending a postcard a day with a copy of my journal entry for that day on it. My private thoughts, sent out into the world.
