About Maria...

Hi!
I'm an ordinary girl living an ordinary life. I'm a nurse.
I love traveling, hiking, reading, watching series, having a cup of coffee or a glass of vine, long walking, aqually being alone and spending time with my friends.
One postcrosser wrote
"It's not about receiving and collecting cards - it's about sharing a part of yourself with the world. Influencing people and leaving your mark in a place you may not ever get to visit. It's about connecting. It's putting a smile on a face you never get to meet. It make my day better." I like this sentence, but i think postcrossing is about awesome cards too)
- Nice tourist cards are welcome, especially if your homeplace is rare in Postcrossing. I do not like single buildings and statues close-up
-painted cards (cute, fairytale, fantasy)
- from Russia - открытки с видом вашего города, иллюстрации Билибина, Кочергина, Веры Павловой и др, язычество, фольклор, русская баня, деревенский быт. Пожалуйста, говорите мне "привет" и "ты")))
-"girl and bear" illustrations
-any books illustations
-black-white photo
-humorouse cards (black and indecent humor is ok)
-funny old ladies and nunnery
-traveling theme (esp. roads, waymarks)
-daily life scenes
- "Keep calm..."
- sweet or clever quote
- any YOUR favorite card, tell me why
-if you have the same card like one my "fave" (not received) it would be a good choice

I like reading personal messages. Please, don't dublicate your profile. Write me whatever comes to mind. If you need a hint here you are:
* Just tell me about your day or your plans for tomorrow. What made you happy today/ in general? What makes you sad or angry? Tell me about routine things
* Maybe you have unusual hobby or strange habits
* Your fave quote
* The latest book you read, latest film you watched, music you listen to, or your fave ones. Feel free to recommend it to me
* Your most impressive journey. Your favorite place in your city
* What do you know about Russia - any stereotypes or something different, negatives too
* the best or the worst decision in your life
* If you have nothing to tell me (or maybe you're tired) just write me "Hi, Maria!" only - it's okay! Or you can decorate it with many big stamps and stickers. I love stickers!
Honestly I'm a little less inspired by Postcrossing than just begining. When somebody ask me to tell "something about yourself or your country" I'm a little numb and have no one idea.So if you didn't say much about yourself and what you would like to know about sender, most likely I'll write you some common words about weather. But I always look through your received and fave cards to make the best possible choice.
THANK YOU!
