Hello, my name is Maaike. One of the things that I love since I was a girl is writing letters and postcards. I still write letters bij hand with a friend of mine.
I’ve travelled a lot in Europa and a little in Asia and America. and lived in Mozambique for six years. I love to Connect with people in other cultures and try to do so with no judging or opinion. Just watch and learn is very special and enriching.

I have a family with a husband, 2 sons and 1 daughter. I love to be around them, and I also work some days as a teacher and counselor on a school for vocational education.
