I'm Marieke, a girl, seventeen year old and from the Netherlands. I hope you understand the English words and phrases I use! Of course, you can write English on the cards and I'll write English on the cards I will send.

Weekdays I go to school and I have a lot of fun with my friends. I love animals and of course I like to take care of my pets (3 dwarfhamsters, 2 cats and 2 rabbits). Also I love horses and I'm riding for almost 9 years now.

Other things I like; Photograph, computering and baking! I like the new boyband 'One Direction'. If I'm not listening their music, I listen to some random music. Further, I lik shopping with my friends, family or with my lovely sister!

On May 2013 I bought my own Canon 650D, so I can take pictures whenever I want! Yeey!:)

I have started postcrossing since 7-10-2012. I hope I will like it and will send and receive a lot of cards. Hamster cards in the Netherlands are not very special. If you have a very funny and lovely hamster card; I like to receive one. Also ducks are favourite animals of me! Other beautiful pictures, baking cards (for example cupcakes, cake, your favourite meal or something else ofcourse!) or selfmade photos are also a good postcard. So be creative (:
Of course I like and I will be happy with all the kind of cards I will receive!
