It is always difficult to write about oneself on a website, but I will do my best. :o)

I am actually German, but have lived in many different countries and am currently living in Belgium. I studied languages - languages, literature and travelling are some of my hobbies.
I try to exercise regulary, but except for swimming and walking in the park, I have to force myself... so sport is more like a duty than a hobby.
I also love travelling in my mind by trying out a new, exotic restaurant, learning new languages, going to the movies or theatre. I'm especially fond of fantasy literature and fantasy movies, they help escaping from everyday life, which in today's fast work can be difficult at moments, too.
My favourite tv shows are Gilmore Girls, Sitcoms (e.g. How I Met Your Mother or Will and Grace) and fantasy series (e.g. The Vampire Diaries and also Game of Thrones).

As for POSTCARDS: I collect STAMPS, because they tell a story and they travelled, so I'd be happy to receive postcards with interesting, colourful stamps on. I like comic books and stamps with characters from comic books or literature, like Finnish Moomin-stamps.

For postcards, I like pretty much everything:
- from Czech Republic: I adore Krtek, the cute mole...
- postcards from your country (esp. from non-European countries)
- black-white motives (street views, faces...)
- vintage postcards
- art, movie or literature motives
- cute animals (pandas, koalas...)
- funny postcards
- postcards with nice quotations in a language I understand...
- birthday cards before my birthday, Xmas cards before Xmas, Easter cards before Easter etc. :)

It would be nice if you wrote about yourself on the postcard. And if your mother tongue is one of the lanuages I speak (see above), I'd love you to write in your language (esp. in Dutch, since I'm trying to learn it).

Coming home to find postcards from the other side of the world in my letter box might be quite an exciting adventure. Looking forward to it!
