Hello everybody! My name is Larissa. I live in the suburb of Minsk, the capital of Belarus. I started participating in this project together with my son Anton, 10 years ago... But Anton has matured and now loves more girls and computer games than postcards :) He is already 19 years old. He studies at the university and plays the drums from time to time. But there is a collection that we continue to collect together. Anton places such postcards on the wall in his room. It's all about rock and metal music, metal festivals, drums and drummers. I love rock and metal music too. Therefore, in our joint wish list:
- Rock, Metal bands of the 80-90s (Guns N Roses, Mötley Crüe, Metallica, Ozzy, Korn, RHCP, Faith No More, etc. All rock and metal bands from Finland).
- Wacken W:O:A, Hellfest, Graspop Metal Meeting and other music festivals.
- Drums and drummers
Anton also collects coats of arms lapel pins from different countries.If you send a small pin with the coat of arms of your country in an envelope, be sure to include your return address. I always send some beautiful thank-you cards, in reply.
I love autumn, rural landscapes, sea, night, full moon, lit lanterns at night and gothic. The name Larissa means seagull, so it is not surprising that postcards with the sea and seagulls are a separate part of my collection ;).
I like art, especially Marc Chagall, Salvador Dali and Dutch painting.
I love old railway stations, roads and trails stretching into the distance. For many years I dreamed of walking the way of el Camino de Santiago. But it looks like this dream will never come true...
If you want to send me flowers, then let them be chrysanthemums or peonies :)
I also really appreciate funny postcards, humor, shaped postcards, anything that makes me smile. I would like to collect a small collection of blue cats from all over the world :) and Jacques Tilly long city cards series from Germany ❤.
The theme for 2024 is "Dragons". This is my year :)
I would be very grateful if you could use the Europe stamp of your country on the postcard. I collect stamps from these issues:
