I love the ocean,diving, stand up paddling, all living things that live in water and being in warm water . Although I am South African, I have been living in Germany for over 20 years where I work as an English Trainer. I like drawing , painting, making collages and being creative. Hiling and good food also make me happy. I also love books and reading and cannot imagine a world without books.

My home is in Dresden, a beautiful city on the river Elbe. Dresden was destroyed in 1945, but has been rebuilt to it´s former glory.

I enjoy learning about people from different countries and cultures. I have a whacky sense of humour and enjoy a good laugh. I enjoy all post cards, but especially anything to do with the ocean, flaminos, cockatoos, funny pictures, books, literary quotes, puzzles and Where´s Wally/Waldo and Inge Löök cards.

Please write the date and weather/temperature on your card, and tell me something interesting/unusual about where you are from. If you have read a good book, please tell me the name and author.

I really appreciate hand written cards, not texts that are written on the computer. I´m not interested in direct swaps.
