I was born and raised in British Columbia, Canada and recently moved to Vancouver Island. I am definitely a West Coast kind of woman; I love our big trees, lush wildlife and beautiful, watery coast. I run a private practice as a Dating & Relationship Coach.

I spend my spare time trying to do things I'm not sure I can do - giant needle felted sculptures, new knitting adventures, spinning gargantuan amounts of yarn, playing new instruments. I love music, dance, writing, traveling and exploring both my inner self and the outer world.

My current fascinations are the viola, the Enneagram, Nonviolent Communication and 5Rhythms.

Any postcard is welcomed, but I especially enjoy images of the art local to where you live. Mostly though, I'd love to read about you! Your secrets, mysteries, and creativity in all its forms. I'd love to hear about events that have changed your life, people who inspire you and your love story.
