My name is Liesbeth (from Elisabeth). I was born in Belgium and worked as an interior architect for almost 20 years. In 2008, my husband,me and my 2 cats moved to France, to the Lot Area which is very rural and remote. However, nature here is beautiful and the air is very clean. I love watching the wildlife here (birds, animals, insects,...).
There are very romantic and beautiful medieval villages nearby. Also, the region is famous for its many caves. Those who read the books of Jean M. Auel (author of the books on life in the stone age) know that some of the caves mentionned in her books are actually located in our region.
We love the weather: much more sunshine than in rainy Belgium.
I like hiking and visiting interesting places (beautiful architecture, nice landscape).
I like to draw (pencil, aquarel, pastel and gouache). I am trying to make a book for children (age 5-8). The first book is about an exceptional friendship between an elephant with a candle on its head, a chicken and a Swiss St. Bernard dog (with his barrel of whisky).

Pictures of twins (I am Gemini) or pictures with 2 same objects (2 animals, 2 houses,..etc)
Animals in general (I also like donkeys, owls, zébras, all creatures great & small)
