Hello to all postcrossers!

My name is Saskia and I am living in the city of Hannover in Germany.

My avatar picture shows my first aquarium and some of it´s inhabitants, blue dwarf shrimp (Neocaridina davidi). It also houses four different types of water snails, next to a diverse micro fauna. I really like to relax in front of my aquarium and observe the live within.

Other things I enjoy are listening to classical music, visiting concerts, baking, gardening and reading.

I am collecting Christmas stamps. So if you can spare one for a card, even if it is not the season :) I would really appreciate it.

I like all kinds of cards and would love to hear about your observations of the nature surrounding you in your country. Are any special plants blooming right now? Have you seen or heard a bird sing today? What kind of houseplants do you have? Do plants play a role in your culture? What is your favourite plant/flower?
Do trees grow in front of your house? What kind are they?
