About Lika-chu...

Hello Postcrossers!! I'm a female in mid-20's currently living in Japan, in a small town right at the base of Mt. Fuji! I am originally from America but have been living here for about 3 years, and love it!

**Postcards I Really Like. These would make me really happy!**
-Something with your country's unique culture or tradition (i.e. clothing, food, etc.)
-A postcard of where you live
-nature (oceans, beaches, forest, mountains, waterfalls)
-marine life
-all types of wild animals (especially wolves!)
-astronomy (stars, planets, aurora)
-sunrise, sunsets
-Maxicards ... which are postcards with a stamp on the front of the card with a similar/related image. I would love to receive at least one through postcrossing, that would be really exciting! Details below:

I also love to receive illustration cards of these characters: Classic Winnie the Poo, Peter Rabbit, Totoro, Miffy, & Moomin!

Special Requests from these countries:
*Taiwan - Cute illustration cards of Taiwan, Graphic Postcards, or Taiwan view postcards. I really have been enjoying these postcards from Taiwan =)
*England - Red double decker buses, telephone boxes, and the British flag are my favorites (I especially like the buses)!
*Italy/Greece - postcard of ancient or Classical architecture. I love them!
*Finland - moomin~
*Netherlands - miffy/Nijntje

Postcards I DO NOT like (sorry!): Advertisement cards, B&W cards, Sepia cards, movie postcards. But B&W with accented colors is OK!

Messages: I would love it if you can give me a little bit of insight as to how you've been lately or what's going on with your life these days, a brief description of what's on the postcard, or anything else you'd like to tell me! And please don't forget the date, and weather/temperature if possible! I also get very happy when I receive a postcard with a simple hand-drawn illustration or sticker on the back side. I also enjoy the stamp as much as the card, so nice stamps really make me happy. Thank you for your card in advance, and no envelopes (let's save trees!) =)

**Direct Swaps**
I am happy to do direct swaps. I like to swap 3 postcards in an envelope, with messages on a separate sheet of paper. Single views of the area where you reside are my preference. Sometimes I am busy or away for some time and cannot do the swap, but I try my best to respond to requests. Send me a message with your address if you are interested. [Sorry, I don't swap Gotochi cards anymore because of their irregular size and shape]
