I am Leonardo Paoletti, from Italy. I work as a translator/interpreter and am really looking forward to receiving your postcards! Let your imagination run free and send me something interesting from your country like pictures, poetry and anthems, recipes or whatever you feel is a good portrait of your country and worthy to send to the other side of the world.

If your languages are Finnish, German or Russian, I would like you to write in your language.

All other languages, feel free to write in your language, I am very curious as to how it sounds/reads; but please include translation!

If you are interested in becoming penpals (especially the old fashioned way, with pen and paper), do ask!

If you don't know what to send, my interests are:

Foreign languages and cultures, music, literature, art, architecture, airplanes, trains and boats; but feel free to send what you prefer!

How to make me really happy:

If you have enough time to send enclosed postcards with stickers, souvenirs or typical things that can be easily carried through postal envelopes, I will be very obliged! If you also include your address, I will return the favour.
