Hi,

Welcome to my profile. What I like about post crossing is that it brings me in contact with people from all around the world without leaving my home :-)!

Some words about myself: I am half way my forties. I live in Rotterdam, one of the four main cities of the Netherlands, a small country in the north west of Europe (next to Germany).
I live with my husband and my daughter.
Rotterdam is known for its big harbor and for its special architecture. Lonely Planet wrote about that!

In my free time I like to read. I am always reading two or three books at a time. Among them, I try to read at least one classic (‘a book everybody knows and no one has read’ :-). My favorite classic at this moment is Divina Comedia by Dante.

I also like to walk. In may 2017 I went to Spain and walked part of the ‘Camino’ to Santiago de Compostela. I really enjoyed that time. It is a beautiful country with friendly inhabitants. I also met lots of other nice and interesting pilgrims on the road. It is like post crossing but than in real live!
