I LOVE travelling to places tourism has not really reached or lovely corners of cities that only locals would know. My travel experience once started within Europe now has extended to the world through my hobby of rock climbing.
I LOVE being positively surprised. What a better way to set an example than sending postcards myself. I send cards from places I visit or even home with quotes or funny events happening around. (If I have not traveled anywhere for a while I still surprise friends and family with postcard note in their physical mailbox.)
I am happy to receive postcards sent with heart and something worth knowing on it, i.e., quotation for a rainy day or motivation, or a happy thought, or funny event, or fun fact about place the card is coming from. Or ... just be creative :)
