Hello fellow Postcrossers, my name is Laurie and I live in the Great White North also known as Canada!! I'd describe myself as being a happy and positive person. I believe we can change the world by smiling more often and caring for one another. :-)

I love animals and the nature. They always bring a sense of peace, calmness and pure love. I take a daily walk as part of my meditation. I have a passion for cooking and discovering new tastes and cultures. My husband and I love to travel the world! I love all things vintage and retro! It has so much character and life! I sometimes wonder if I were born in the wrong decade!!

In the summertime, my pride and joy is my garden! Each year we grow lettuces, tomatoes and all kinds of different herbs and flowers! We love it!
