Hello! My name is Kate! I study at Saint Petersburg State University and when I graduate it I'll be a teacher of Russian for foreigners.

I am keen on meeting people, studying different cultures, but my the main passion is reading. I love reading most of all! My favourite books are "War and piece" by Tolstoy, "A hero of our time" by Lermontov, "Crime and punishment" by Dostoevsky. I love some modern books (like Harry Potter, The Song of Ice and Fire, Haruki Murakami's works, etc), but I prefer classic literature :З

I am fond of travelling. I've been to Finland, Sweden, Turkey, Egypt and Thailand. In future I'd like to visit most countries, especially those whose languages I study.

I am glad to receive any postcards, but you'll make me really happy, if you send some cards connected with:
- your country and culture;
- animals (cats, dogs, horses, bears - no matter);
- greetings from...
- keep calm and...
- landscapes;
- books;
- food.
If there is a monarchy in your country, I'd like to recieve a card with royals ^_^
