About Valeria...


About me:

I am an italian/dutch woman living in Rijsoord with my boyfriend (a little farmer village nearby Rotterdam) and I'm 28 years old. I am an art teacher but I also have an art studio where I make art and art education material. My hobbies are: making art, reading, going to the cinema, hiking, postcrossing, traveling and going to musea. I have a shelter cat from Romania. She is 8 years old and we called her Baffi (it's italian for moustache).

These are the things I really collect at the moment:

- I really like to recieve map cards from villages, cities, states, countries etc. Especially now because during covid I am not going to travel a lot.......

- If you are from the USA: I really like those big letter state cards but I can't describe it very well. So here is an example of which cards I mean. If you have these state cards it would make me very happy to recieve them:

- Winnie the pooh
- New yorker magazine covers
- Cards from Inkognito

Other ideas for postcards I like to recieve:

- lllustrations of animals (especially of birds)

- Botanical illustrations
- Drawings/paintings/ illustrations of cities and places
- Landcape paintings
- All kinds of art
- Old Colonial ships in illustration/painting
