About Elena...

I'm sorry, I was in a hospital for a very very long time and I'm back to postcrossing project just now! If there are any postcards you want me to register, please let me know!

Hello, world!
I'm Elena from a beautiful Ukrainian town Kamianets-Podilskyi.
I long for travelling but, unfortunately, had no chance to travel abroad and I doubt I will have that chance soon. So I would like to compensate the lack of travelling impressions with the joy of getting postcards from different countries.
I adore handwriting and feel very excited when i see a signed postcards with few words on it. That means that just for a second somebody far far away was thinking about me)

I will be glad to any of your postcards, but I'd like to have a variety of images in my future collection. I like funny pictures, pictures of horses, chess, books (my favorite is The Little Prince), any science nerd stuff(!), piano, dancers, cinema, fashion, maps, architecture, photography, actors (Lucille Ball, Audrey Hepburn and others), clocks (and everything related to Time), different national motives, view of your city etc.
And I'm going extremely excited about any kind of RETRO things.

I'm fond of OTR (old time radio) and each day I'm listening to some new radio play. Also I'm hopelessly addicted to an old American radio program "My Favorite Husband" with adorable Lucille Ball.

To postcrossers from FINLAND: I'd be more than grateful for Inge Löök's posctards!!!

Handmade postcards are also very welcome.

Though the main idea about postcard is not in picture, but in a postcard with few words about person who sent it.
Please, write your name, some info about yourself, maybe your favourite book, anything.
And it would be interesting to get to know your associative word. The word you feel the best to describe you. Your word.

Also it would be fun to know where you were filling this postcard, what daytime it was, what was your mood at that moment. It's not necessary to be happy, in love or smiling (though if you are, it's great!). You could be sad or annoyed or angry or just indifferent. I would appreciate your honesty very much!

Yes, I know you might not have so much space on a postcard)
These are just my wishes!

You're free to make it in your own way.

In any case, any postcard is very wanted and waited.

I hope you're having a good day!
see you later)
