I have a daughter, who along with me was fascinated by postcrossing, and we together choose and send postcards.
If you want to send us a postcard, we will be very happy if this image of the nature, locality or city in which you live, it is better if it will be retro. We will be glad postcard with the image of old Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kaliningrad (königsberg) and Stratford-upon-Avon (Britain), as well as the old architecture of Your country/region/city/district (especially railway stations) and the old transport (preferably trains, trams). It would be nice to get postcards: spring flowers, summer sunsets, fall still life and winter landscapes.
It would also be great if You sent us a postcard with the theme of figure skating, but not photos of famous figure skaters. Better if it is hand-drawn postcard.
Also we please hand drawn postcard with a picture of a cat, bear cubs, bunnies and fairytale characters. Will be glad any card drawing.
We would be interested to receive a postcard with New Year and Christmas holiday, Halloween with the image of pumpkins, witches, ghosts and black cats, but without coffins, and skeletons (card must be good-natured) and Easter cards, as well as fabulous themes. Very like postcards with stories of rural life.
We will be happy to receive a vintage postcard. Pin-up is acceptable, but not the caller.
Please do not send advertising postcards, postcards made in the form of a collage and postcards aggressive nature. They must be good-natured. And one more thing, but VERY IMPORTANT: do not send postcards that you receive from someone.
Please on the postcard write your name and the date of dispatch. We will be glad, if you write a nice wish.
