Hello Postcrossers!

I live in northern Australia with my husband, two children & two dogs (one big, one little). We have two seasons - Wet & Dry. Most of the time it is just HOT!!!

I love travel and photography and enjoy receiving postcards which show something of the lifestyle from where you live (e.g. interesting scenes, customs, people, traditions) I adore colour & macro photography so I love all bright pictures and those that show details or have interesting patterns. Patterns in black & white intrigue me also.

You can see some of the types of cards that appeal to me in my favourites section. I think I quite like cards that are a little bit different or quirky! I also seem to like retro looking cards, and I prefer cards with a single image, rather than one showing multiple images.

I hope that through postcrossing my children can learn more about the amazing world we live in and be encouraged to explore it. I enjoy reading funny or interesting things that have happened to you and learning something about your everyday lives & homes.
