Hello!

My name is Kayleen and I live in British Columbia, Canada. I work in a hospital laboratory and for fun I like vegetarian cooking, baking, cross-stitching, and reading. I like live music and I am also trying to learn how to dance. In the summer I go hiking and camping. My favourite TV show is The Walking Dead, and my favourite authors are Kurt Vonnegut, David Sedaris, Edward Gorey, Terry Pratchett, and Douglas Adams.

My message to the world is two-fold:

1. It's okay to be exactly who you are. We're all different. Celebrate it!

2. Be good to each other and be good to yourself. Don't tolerate abuse.

I hope to receive cards that are beautiful or cute or interesting or funny or strange. Send me something that you yourself would love, or take a peek at my favourite and guess what I would love.

Tell me anything. If you need an idea, how about telling me about what is on the postcard and why you picked it for me, or tell me what you love about the place where you live? Or tell me what you love about your life. Or give me your advice or your message to the world. Or share with me your favourite vegetarian recipe.

I also swap Friendship Books and Deco Books, no more than 5 at one time please. No exchange slips. :) If you don't know what they are, no worries! I am not expecting any! I just thought I would put it out there. :)

update: Oh no! I accidently sent CA581112 and CA582165 with the wrong postage! Today (November 24th) I have sent replacement cards with the correct postage. Maybe by some miracle these recipients will receive two cards from me. :)
