Hi there! I am Katriina, a 38 year old teacher from central Finland. I live with my fiance and our "furry baby", she is a cat called Elli and she looks like a Norwegian forestcat with her semi-long hair. On my spare time I do gardening, read good books, especially good detective and crime stories, go jogging and listen some music. My favourite type of music is symphonic metal played by finnish group called Nightwish. I´m also interested in icehockey.

So, I´d love to receive cards with:
-cats
-flowers
-gardens
-landscapes
-seasons´greetings
-fantasy
-cards with something written in your own language (with translation).
And of course, any other kinds of nice cards make me happy :)

Some ideas you can write to your card: I wish you would tell me something about yourself or the place you live. Or you can tell me about special traditions, celebration and food you have in your culture.

I´m quite new person in Postcrossing and I came along when I read an article in a local newspaper about random people sending postcards to each other. As a teenager I used to have many penfriends around the world and then I got the idea that Postcrossing enables me to get new acquaintancies again :)

P.s I have already received lots of beautiful cards and they have made me very happy :) In future I´ll upload them all to my postcards wall, at the moment I´m a little busy but it will be my little project soon :)
