Dear Postcrosser,

I´m Kate. I find this post crossing project amazing because it´s so interesting to get to know more about people and their lives, new places and cultures. So I do hope that you can tell me something about your life, your country and your interests.

I used to have a couple of penpals as a kid. So when I found out about this site I was excited about the opportunity to get back to this fascinating activity.

My leisure activities include a bit of photography (landscapes and cityscapes mostly), reading books, doing some arts and crafts with my daughter (she's become a keen postcrosser too!)and walking in the park with my family.
I would like to know about you, how and where you live, what interests you have and what you love!

When it comes to postcards, here are a few themes I would be happy to receive from you:

- MOST OF ALL , everything that represents your COUNTRY and CULTURE: your city/ country sites of interest, architecture, castles or fortresses, churches, UNESCO WHS, map cards, beautiful landscapes, mountains, seaside, lighthouses, bridges etc.

-drawn or painted cityscapes and landscapes
- Disney princesses, fairies (Tinker Bell and others) and other characters
- Moomins - love them!
-Krtek
- pandas and koalas :)
- Orchids, poppies, lavander filds, cherry blossom
-aurora borealis (the nothern lights)
- DANCING (only dancing) ballerinas, photos or art
- reproductions of Impressionist art
- cards showing painting paraphernalia (easels, brushes, palettes etc)
-square cards related to the topics mentioned above
-illustrated map cards of countries, states / regions etc

but I'll also be happy to get any type of REAL , child-friendly postcards , no ad and homemade cards please.
