Hi, my name is Karen Lauret and I'm from the Netherlands. I live in Hoorn together with my husband and daughter (she was born on 31st October 2017). I have a dog (English Cocker spaniel) ,two cats and two fish.
I'm an English teacher. I love the job and I love the teenagers I have to teach (eventhough sometimes some of them might not be that nice ;))
I really like writing a lot; , stories, I'm on my 12th diary and letters and cards. And since JUly this year I'm also learning to play the ukulele.
I also like to read, watching movies, spending time with my family and pets, drawing and going on walks.
I am open to all kinds of people, I have a pretty open mind.
However, I am not into religion, at least not in a sence of that I need one. I am not judgemental but I do mind if people shove their ideas down my throat. Other than that no problem with other peoples views.

I don't have a favourite type of card but I do have a favor to ask to the writer of the card: please write a bit more than just greetings from...! I like receiving and reading letters and cards, so if you can just fill it with everything you want to tell or ask!! :D
