Hello! My name is Yury. I am a PostDoc in physics from St.Petersburg. My wife Lena is an irish dance teacher, and we have a little daughter Diana.

My favourite postcard themes:
- local life of your country or town, people, traditions, habits, sports or arts
- technical things, architecture, any engineering miracles ranging from sci-fi spaceships to ancient windmills
- ports and harbours, airports, train stations, bus stations :)
- wild animals in nature, birds
- watercolour sceneries
- royal family, monarch or leader of your country
- people in national costumes, folk dances or music, military uniform
- silly and strange postcards are also welcomed :) even free or ad
- or feel free and send me anything you like!
I prefer to have postcard without envelope.

Recommend me a song from your country - I will look it on youtube :) Or you could write some local news from your town or even neighbourhood. To feel the spirit of a distant place is the best that postcrossing can give us!
