About Heather...
I was born in Hobart, Tasmania and love brought me to Finland a little over 20 years ago. It's been a roller coaster of a ride so far!
I live in Helsinki with my spouse & two Italian waterdogs - aka Lagotto Romagnolo. Our son has left the nest to study, although he manages to visit often.
I have my own business (I'm a food guide!) and so am almost always working - some days are longer than others!
I love food - talking about it, preparing it, reading about it and yes eating it :) so recipes or food words are welcome. Although anything goes - life is too short to be super fussy!
