Hello to everybody! I was so happy to find out an article about postcrossing in a magazine because at the time of Internet and high technologies which provide fast exchange of information I still prefer traditional slow post. And now i am happy to find people holding the same views.

My name is Katya. I am 22 years old student from the south of Russia. I am studying world economics and international economic relationships. My interests are photography, reading, watching movies, playing piano and guitar. And I really adore small children!

But my biggest interest, hobby and the way of spending free time – is cooking. So I would be very very happy if you will write me a recipe of your favourite dish (or cake) or of traditional dish of your country, region.

The only thing I am asking is to write something (more than just Happy Postcrossing!) on the card you will send me… Something about you, your way of life, your family, interests, place of living, something what you want to share… I care more about content of postcard than about picture on it.

If you want to write something special or unusual, you can write me for example about your understanding of happiness (I like to hear different points of view, because all people are so different), you can advise me your favourite movie to watch, a book to read, you can write about your favourite holiday, how you celebrate it, about your family traditions, also as I like travelling and nature, you can write about places of interest in your area...

Don’t forget to write the date of mailing on the card.
