My name is Alena and I am a doctor in epidemiology and general hygiene. I live with two young sons and bring up two very tricky and old degus.
I play the acoustic guitar, so I love to sing with a guitar in a big group of friends. Very much I love rock and folk, but actually I am a music lover.
I am delighted by the fire.
I love nature, just love to lay in the grass and watch the clouds. Needlework just one of my hobbies: I am able to embroider a cross, weave friendship bracelets and do dreamcatcher. Nice to sew and knit (especially socks :))
I collect liners "love is ..."
I love Ireland (from the landscape and the people to whiskey and leprechauns) and the Celts! Also I love New Zeаland (еspecially places filming Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit)

I'd love to get :
- postcards with child illustration (famous fairy tales, герои советских мультфильмов),cartoon characters (Disney, Pixar, Simpsons, Moomin trolls, Miffy(Nijntje), The Smurfs and other)
- cacti and succulents
- space (constellations, planets, starry sky, galaxies)
- postcards that show something really beautiful or worth seeing from your country (Please tell us about this place or your impressions about it.)
- pin-up
- traditional Chinese or Japanese art
- Postcards devoted to the holidays (such as Christmas or New Year, or whatever)
- maximum card (also known as a maxi-card, or maxicard) is a postcard with a postage stamp placed on the picture side of the card where the stamp and card match or are in maximum concordance(similarity).The cancellation or postmark is usually related to the image on the front of the card and the stamp;
- fantastic and fantasy
- Music (music bands, instruments,records, etc.)
- Art (Reproductions of famous paintings and contemporary artists)
- animals

Please, write something more than just "Greetings" or "Happy Postcrossing". If you don't know what, here are some hints:
- Tell me something about yourself or your family, your hobbies, work, studies, the town (city or country) where you live.
- Or tell me about your dreams, where you wish to travel, which is your favorite movie, what kind of music you like to listen, which is the best book you have ever read, joke and so on.

Will be glad to see some words written in your language, with translation :)
