Rise and shine everybody!

I'm a 28 years old woman from Finland (no, we don't have polar bears here, but the one and only Mr. santa claus lives here in Korvatunturi)! I like to excersice a lot, especially biking, walking and gymtraining. I'm working in a kindergarten as a nanny, love those little people. I have changed my life totally and for that I ran a couple of marathons and lost weight about 40kg. That's why healthy lifestyle and mindfullness is close to my heart.
