About Christiane...

Hello you! :)

After one year of postcrossing and arranging direct swaps I must say: Postcrossing makes my life so colourful and bright. I've met so many lovely people and I hope that I can meet some of my postcrossing friends in person one day! :)

What I really love on a postcard is your message, whatever it says. :) I am happy to read, what you have done today, who you are or if something happened these days you would like to share with me. Did you have any experiences which changed your life?
Share whatever you like. I'm very interested in a glimpse of your life from abroad.

I also appreciate beautiful stamps but no tensions please. :)

You can send any card you like. I've received some surprising cards and I was really happy about them. But I know from myself that I love to send cards which makes the recipient really smiling. So here you can see what makes me smile definitively (no special order):

(Aus Deutschland würde ich mich vor allem über Touri-Karten aus deiner/m oder einer Stadt/Ort in der Nähe freuen. :))

- Animals (esp.: elephants, birds, cows)
- (Grand)Pianos and other musical instruments
- Violin clefs, bass clefs, notes
- Landscapes
- Rivers, streams, coasts...
- Cities, towns, villages...
- Temples
- Special fruits or vegetables of your country
- Anything that shows something special of your country (for example: market places, buildings or people [in traditional clothes, or doing something special], etc.)
- Science (esp. biology, chemistry, medicine)
- All related to Hinduism and Buddhism
- Cute cards
- Painted cities/buildings

Please don't send touchnote/ad cards. Thank you!

Something about me:

My name is Christiane (27 y.o.) and I study Social Work in Hamburg. I live in a house which is in Stockelsdorf but just few steps away from Lübeck. It's such a beautiful city and when I'm underway then I'm mostly in Lübeck. :)

I have so many interests but too less time so I unfortunately had to make priorities. I could never give up on singing and playing the piano. It's something I really need and I do it a lot.

Of course I love postcrossing and penpaling.

I'm also crazy for India and its culture and so I decided to go there. And finally I traveled to India in February/March 2015 and it was the best time of my life so far. I wish to go to India in 2016 again.

Looking forward to your postcard! Thank you very much! :)

Christiane
