Recently I've been asking people if they believe if humans are fundamentally good. I've gotten a variety of responses: some say 'Of course!' and if you don't believe that they are then you don't have much hope in your life, but others say that 'No', humans aren't fundamentally good, but that doesn't mean that we are fundamentally bad. I've always tried to find beauty in everyone and everything but, of course, that's often quite hard. But I don't want to stop believing that there is good in everyone, but I also don't want to be a naive optimist.

Anywho, I'm a girl who has lived 2 minutes away from the beach my whole life, who never goes anywhere without my camera, who plays banjo, guitar and ukulele and likes to think that I can sing. I surround myself with people I love and that makes me happy. I listen and/or play music every day, because it makes me feel lively and happy and hurt and nostalgic and confident. I write, I watch movies (sometimes old black and whites are my favourite), I tap dance, I swim, I worry about the future of the human race and I smile.

I can't really summarise me as a person in a few paragraphs and I don't really know why I've tried, but the idea of Postcrossing really excites me and gives me faith in humanity. Peace, Love and Bread.
