My name is Janie. I live in Edmonton capital city of Alberta in Canada.
I have two beautiful daughters and a chocolate lab named Reta.
I have worked in the Service Industry for 28 years so you could say I am a foodie. I love cooking and going out to eat with friends and family. I wish I had my own travel food show. I could travel the world and learn so much more about other people’s favorite foods and traditions. I have an enquiring mind. I like to ask questions so I can learn something new.
I love travelling - I have been to 44 countries around the world. I love reading a good book. I also love succulents - l have a succulent collection of about 23 different kinds.
I love going on adventures - camping to a lake in the summer or to the mountains. Or just anywhere. Day trips to small towns in Alberta. I love campfires and the long Canadian summer nights.
