HI EVERYONE!

My name is Irina. I live in Sumy - not very big but very nice city on the North-East of Ukraine. I work at the State University. I'm ecologist to the core and I try to make this world better according to my lights.
My hobby is cross-stitching. Besides I like reading (Remarque is one of my favorite writer. I also enjoy to read about the nature so some of my favorite authors naturalist Gerald Durrell and explorer Thor Heyerdahl). I also like walking (with my family), swimming, riding and so on.
I collect clay potties and jugs.
My husband is my soul mate. We have a son - Daniil. He is 10. He enjoys LEGO above all and I hope he will be an architect ;) But he dreaming to work at the Lego Company as a toy designer :)
We also have got two black pets: a cat Filimon (Scottish straight) and a dog Odissey (Zwergschnauzer).
I enjoy French comedies, rock music and the sea.
It'll be very interesting for me to learn with your postcards about:

- history
- architecture
- everyday life
- nature, unique and protected landscapes
- rare, protected, endemic and endangered plants and animals
- something connected with my hobbies
- my son will be also grateful for the cards for him (Lego, cars, military etc.).
