Hello, dear postcrossers ;)

My name is Eglė (in Lithuanian it means "spruce" or "fir tree"), currently I live in Vilnius - city that is full of trees and has an amazing Oldtown.

I always had a soft spot for beautiful and interesting postcards - no trips to bookstore or post office goes without looking through the postcards rack. Other thing about postcards that fascinates me - seeing other people's handwriting and the process of preparing a postcard itself: reading about other people, choosing a postcard, short greeting, getting the right stamps and finally - putting it in the mailbox.

I really enjoy postcards from local authors, something with local art, culture, nature, recipes or something really original and possibly unseen :)

My husband also really enjoys the idea of postcards, so we also appreciate postcards with panoramic views of the city - it is a nice way to get to know local architecture and historic landscape.
