Hi there,

Exchanging postcards in order to make the big wide world out there a bit more tangible and a bit more near... what a magnificent initiative.

I'd love to hear from you about your everyday life, the small things that make your life yours. Little routines you have, things you see when you look through your window, brilliant ideas that came to you on dars evenings, paths you crossed on your walkabouts, recipees you feel I need to try... anything goes, no matter how small. It's those small details that make our lifes big I feel.

As for myself, I run a household that has a husband, two young daughters and a most wonderful garden in it. I love to tend to all of these. But as soon as I find a spot of time, I myself can be spotted with some yarn or thread in my hands. Being a crafter at heart, I cannot go without some knitting, crocheting or embroidering of some kind. Living a small, slow but oh so enjoyable life.

Any cards are welcome. And if you can then please send them the old fashioned way as a pure postcard with a stamp on the back without an enveloppe. If you are in doubt as to which card to send, may I suggest you pick one with a sweet illustration on it ... maybe one that represents your style or life in some way... it'll give me a better look into you and what occupies you right now. And isn't that the best part of this project? To have a small connection to someone somewhere far away...
