Hello everyone!!

My name is Harriet. I'm a young working woman living in Lyon. It's a gorgeous city in France which you probably may know of since that's where the Beaujolais wine comes from. I'm 24 and started working a year ago. I work in airfreight as an operation agent. Basically, I check and make papers for freight and merchandise traveling by air, the same way a station agent would check your ID papers if you were to take the plane :).

I speak both English and French fluently. My dad is English and my mum is an English teacher. I can also speak ein bischen Deutsch because I studied it in school. Also I understand it better than I can speak it so feel free to write in German if it is a language you are comfortable with. I have many interests such as horses (15 years practicing horse riding non stop until now), I love reading, travels, good food... That's the basic things that make me me. I also love colours the seasons take every year especially those of fall.

If you send me a postcard, I would love to see either a piece of your country, monuments, food, traditions that you could explain in your postcard :) the more I will know about the world the better it will be. I figure a lifetime is not enough for me to see the whole wide world. Hoping you can help me with that :)
Also, if none of that inspires you feel free to talk about anything. Should it be your day, your life, your work, school, sports, events you attended... Anything really will do just fine. I would really appreciate it if you could join a bus ticket, or cinema ticket, a magazine article, a tiny coin.... a little souvenir of your country.
