About Darina...

I live in Kyiv, Ukraine. I am 19 years old. I moved to this city to get a higher education. I am currently studying International Law, I like law and I hope it will become my life's work.
Favorite colors: dark green, brown, dark blue, gray, beige.

What postcards do I like?

Vintage:
- Vintage photos, paintings, advertising, signs, stamps, labels.

Landscapes:
- I love mountains and forests - especially in dark colors!

Art:
- ancient architecture, metro, libraries, museums, historical finds, sculptures, works of art. I like classic style in art and paintings by famous artists.

- Space, planets

Books:
- I like to read books. I especially like: J.K. Rowling and Tess Gerritsen. I love the detective genre.

Season: autumn

Sport:
- I love volleyball, I have been playing this sport for several years - it is my hobby.

Countries:
- Postcards with your country, sights, architectural buildings, national ornaments.

Small interesting things:
- vintage cars
- churches or cathedrals
- photos you took yourself
- atmospheric rooms, houses - especially those in which the yellow light of the lamps is burning
- mountains in the fog, dark forests
- I will be glad for postcards or stamps with the support of Ukraine.

BUT if you are unable to find something according to my wishes, send what you like. And I will be glad for anything that fascinates you! :)

What to write in a postcard? The more, the better!
- You can write a little about yourself, some associations with the day of sending the postcard.
- What are your first childhood memories?
- Where do you go when you want to be alone and recover?
- What was the weather today, what you associate with the image you chose for the postcard?
- If you have a romantic relationship, you can tell how you met your partner.
- You can describe your day and today's plans.

I really like it when they write the date of sending the postcard. Please write a few words in your native language!

Good luck to all travelers in the postcard world!
