I am undergoing a transformation in my life right now. One to a happier, new me. Part of that is doing things which has brought you joy in years past. Post Crossing is one of those things. I love to send postcards about the island I live on - Newfoundland. I absolutely love to receive things in the mail!! I am part of the last generation to have existed in a time when computers did not exist and that pen pals were a very real thing. I love holding a paper book in my hand and feel the pages of a newspaper. I love the smell of magazine and catalogs. I love to decorate and to write - and I love sending little pieces of my joy to others.

I am not sure of what type of post cards I would prefer over others. Previously - I loved the thrill of not knowing what types of images I would receive. I think that still resonates very true today. Maybe though, it would be nice to have some images of woman's lips with pretty lipstick or lipstick kiss marks. There is something so pretty and feminine about them.
