About Irina...

Hello!
I am 32 years old and I live in a big city in the south of Russia. Every summer I go to new places in my country. I've never been in other countries, so I would be glad to receive postcards from your country and city - architecture, sights, monuments, famous people, library your country/city, theatres, national ornament, clothes...
I love skyscrapers and views of the city from height of the bird's flight. I would be glad to receive a postcard with these types. And as an architectural symbol of your country - for example - the Statue of Liberty from the USA, the Eiffel tower from France, Statue of Jesus from Brazil, Big Ben from the UK; Colosseum, Italy and others... What do you think is the symbol of your country or city.

I - musicologist and historian of art. I work in the library (department of arts) and helps peoples find the scores, music notes, learn about music and other arts.
Every year our department library organizes the festival Russian dolls. This event attract hundreds of residents of my city. We also organize exhibitions and competitions for students of Art Schools, so they can show off their creativity.
I love vintage jewelry, collect miniature musical instruments, interested in numismatics, love fashion and style, read Architectural Digest (AD magazine) and really love the theatre!

I'll be glad if you write to me about you аnd interesting culture place of your city.

I like Postcrossing because every postcards tells me different stories and shows me different things. This is a good way to study English and to learn other languages and culture.

if I don't get long your card - write to me. Russian post likes to lose cards.
If you want, write on the card or stick the piece of paper with the inscription "Спасибо почтальон" (thank you postman) in Russian.

Have nice postcrossing!
