Anyone who may remember me might recall I was carer for my grandmother. My beloved Nan passed away in May 2015 and it still hurts like hell -_- I have kept all the cards she received from a thread I made several years ago, requesting flower/bird cards to cheer her up, and I thank everyone who sent a card to "Viddy" :)

Anyway I am back now. Money has been very very tight for a long time and I simply could not afford to buy and send postcards. Things have improved a bit recently, and I look forward to getting back into Postcrossing :)

I love learning about other cultures and countries. To me a Postcrossing postcard is a little piece of a faraway place that I may never get to see, and makes a connection to someone special I will never meet.

I appreciate any postcards but I would prefer not to receive free/advertising ones, please.
I would also prefer NOT to receive any cutesy Anne Geddes-type baby cards, William 'n' Kate royal wedding/birth, or Princess Mary of Denmark, please.

~Show me a bit of your country on a postcard~

I adore animals and would be thrilled to receive a postcard showing animals or birds from your country (or not!) I especially love tigers, black panthers, cats, ferrets, otters and foxes :-)

If you have a card that you might hesitate to use, such as something relating to homosexuality/transgender etc, dark humour, eroticism, body art, anti-police/anti-government humour etc by all means send it to me! I am very hard to offend ;) (But please NOTHING racist/bigoted, truly vulgar, or ANYTHING showing any kind of cruelty to animals, ie bullfighting)

Anything a bit special or unusual, like cards with a tiny vial of sand or tiny souvenir attached (Very happy to send a card in return if I receive one of these :)
