About Aleksandra...

Hi!

I'm Aleksandra, my friends call me Sasha. I am a student of Belarusian State University. I study interpreting and translation.

My country is full of surprises, that's why I like travelling around Belarus. Most of all I like rare and unpopular for usual tourists places. I like traveling with friends and we always have fun and adventures. I like adventures. I also like trains. Railroad and the sound of train's wheel make me feel free.

Cinema is another thing I'm fond of. From time to time we arrange movie nights with friends and guests. One of us share a film with others, tell us its story and any interesting information. Then we watch the film. And finally we discuss it in a nice atmosphere with tea and cookies.

As to my dream... One day I'd like to travel to Norway and to Ireland. These two cultures interest me a lot. I like Irish ethnic dancing ang Norwegian fjords.

Lately, I'm fond of ethnic culture, especially dancing. I'm interested in history, folks' traditions, beliefes and so on.

So I like all the postcards, but mostly the ones connected with

- Ethnic dances, costumes and everything
- Smth traditional from your place or any other
- History of your country or any other
- Travelling and adventures
- Languages
- Unpopular sights
- Trains and railroad
- Cinema, different films
- Tea, cosy cards
- Norway
- Ireland
- Lovely places in your country

I'm interested in what people know about Belarus and what they would like to tell me about their own places. Don't hesitate to write me any other things or to send cards with other pictures. Every card is a pleasure. It would be nice, if you write something in your own language.

Have a nice day :)
