Hello,
my name is Frauke. I´m 50, married and mother of 2 children- a son, aged 19 and a daughter, aged 16. I´m a teacher for Art, Russian and English at a grammar school in my hometown.
My daughter started postcrossing after she had been told about that from a friend. I think,it´s a good possibility to use the languages I can speak and to learn more about other cultures.
Our family has got a cat- Lucy. We love her.
In my first year I received some very nice and funny cards with or about CATS.So it would be nice,if you could look for those cards, but I also like other types of cards, e.g. typical for your country, culture and so on. Postcrossers from Russia: cards showing the cultural side or favourite dishes and souvenirs and Sochi Olympic games postcards, because I can use them in my lessons.
