Dear all,

being a postcrosser for several years now I still find it very interesting and a great pleasure to get postcards from all over the world resp. to send them everywhere.
I've received so many nice postcards and have had so many interesting contacts!

I’m 63 years old and live in Braunschweig, a nice city in the southeast of Lower Saxony.

Besides postcrossing I like books (take a look at bookcrossing.com, please!), the cities Munich and Prague, Bavaria, sightseeing / travelling, taking photos and creating photobooks (but not photoshopping!), collecting things, candlelight…

So – what kind of cards would I like to get?
Firstly those showing me where you live, what you like or what’s interesting for you.
Further I’d like cards showing castles, nostalgic advertising, vintage cards, special motifs or remarkable events happening in your town / region… (I would highly appreciate if you shortly explain what’s shown on the card if it’s not printed on it.)

Update after some time of postcrossing:

There are two more kinds of card motives I especially would like to get: Lighthouses and windows and/or doors!

Anyway, I'm looking forward to each card I’ll receive telling me a little about you!
Please mark the date and a little drawing of how the weather is on your card, that would be very nice!
