About Manuela...

Hi there,

my name is farino. Or Manuela too. I am 54 years old and have been living in Lower Saxony with my son Nick for a year. He is 25 years old and we live together because he was handicapped by a brain tumor as a child. He's had a new brain tumor since last year - and it doesn't look good this time. That's why we had to move more than 400 kilometers last year so that he could have better medical care. Before that we lived in Brandenburg, another federal state.

Since our lives have changed radically again, we thought about what we can do here in our new place of residence in order to have the best possible time together, to distract ourselves and not just sit around at home. We both like agriculture, Nick also worked on a farm until the new tumor came up. This is no longer possible. But since we also like to shop directly at farms and in regional slaughterhouses, we have been collecting addresses from them for a few months now and are publishing them on our Land-Laden-Lecker (.) De. If possible, we also visit these farms to go shopping.

Since I keep hearing what kind of strange ideas, especially townspeople, have of farms, I am now interested in how such opinions emerge. That's why I collect children's books on the subject of farms and farm animals. This also includes books by Petterson & Findus, Mama Muh and similar animals.

Nick and I would be happy to receive postcards on the subject of farms and agriculture, regardless of whether they have tractors, farms or farm animals on them. Tell us what you think of agriculture, what is important to you and what you find totally stupid. That would be great! Otherwise I collect dog-cards.

Best regards

Manuela
