About EsmeeNadia...

Hello, we are two sisters from the Netherlands.
Esmée turned 6 years old in January and Nadia turned 3 in the beginning of February 2014.
Our mother writes and reads our postcards. When we are older, we would like to read postcards from all over the world.

We would really like to know if there a many girls/women named Nadia or Esmée around the world. So, do you know someone named Esmée or Nadia? Please tell us! Or tell us if you have never heard of our names.

Esmée is 6 years old and goes to school. In the Netherlands children start going to school at the age of 4. At what age do children start going to school in your country?
Esmée loves playing outside and last year she had to start taking swimming lessons. In Holland 99% of all children learn to swim, because there is water everywhere. How is that in your country? Did you learn to swim? There are three different degrees in swimming and Esmée has got them all, exactly in one year! That is very special!
Esmée has got a little teddybear and she would love to receive a card with a real bear.

Nadia is three years old and she goes to a playgroup. Nadia loves sheep and matruska's (babushka's). Nadia just learned to ride her bicycle. In the Netherlands almost everyone owns a bike and there are lots of bikes in traffic everywere. How is that in your country? We always go to school and playgroup by bike.

We'd love to know and learn something about you and your country/city. Could you write something in your language (if that's not English ofcourse). Something like: "hello, how are you?". Or something else (with translation please). And maybe you can answer some of our questions (about knowing our names, going to school at what age and taking swimminglessons).
In Postcrossing recently someone told us about a nice childrensbook. Maybe you can tell us about your favourite childrensbook.

Postcards from your country/city/region are our favorites! And cards with sheep, bears or matruska's would be welcome too. But any card will make us happy! Thank you!

Please write the date you mailed the postcard.
Happy postcrossing!
Esmée and Nadia
