When you want a GOTOCHI card

I can send a card in Saitama GOTOCHI.
But,GOTOCHI card has a high mailing cost.
Therefore, there are some conditions.

・Please send a postcard to me first.
・Please send three postcards.
・One of three postcards should send Disney's postcard.

If the card which fulfilled this condition reaches me, I will send a GOTOCHI card to you.

If it is the usual postcard, it exchanges always.
