Hello!

I'm 19 years old girl from Finland and I study cultural studies in University of Eastern Finland.

My favourite colour is blue and I really, really like clouds and sky. When I say "favourite colour" I pretty much mean I'm a little obsessed with it, almost everything I own is blue. My favourite animals are cats, hedgehogs and bunnies.

My other interests include reading, writing, drawing, photography, anime, manga, playing video games and music. I have played cello for ten years.

I've lately been into Takarazuka theater too, especially their version of Elisabeth, but also overall.

I love all kind of good stories regardless of the medium and I dream that one day I could write a book of my own.

My favourite genres are fantasy, classic fairy tales and modern books that resemble classic fairy tales such as "The Girl Who Circumnavigated the Fairyland in a Ship of Her Own Making". I really like Catherynne M. Valente's style. One of my favourite stories is "Alice in Wonderland" and I also like both Grimm's and H.C. Andersen's fairy tales. I'm a fan of the big fantasy classics such as "Narnia", "The Lord of the Rings" and "Harry Potter", too.

I've studied German for three years and I'm in no way fluent in it but feel free to send me your postcard in German because I'd love to use the language.
I'm not actively studying Swedish anymore and I'm not that good in it but if you want you can write the card in Swedish, I'd like to use the language for something still.
I've just picked up studying Japanese but nevertheless, I would love to receive cards in Japanese to better my language skills.
