Hello,

I am a Dutch lady and I am living with my husband and our lovely cat Rama already for 9 years in Portugal. We live in a small village, a 100 km from Lisbon. It's a beautyful country and the portugese people are very friendly. No stress at all!
Our children and grand-children are living in Holland, but we visit them a lot.

Fado is the most famous music here and I adore Mariza .
A joke of the portugese people is: we love the 3 F's: Football, Fado and Fatima.

I have a lot of international friends here, of all ages. I am a retired professional French language teacher, so you can write me also in french.
My hobbies are Tai Chi, Qi Gong, cooking, gardening, listening to all kind of music and travelling (we have been to South Africa, Argentina, Mexico, Indonesia and a lot of european countries.)
We love to go to Japan. Perhaps one day?

I am curious about your country, the food, the nature, nice buildings, so surprise me with something of your culture.
