Hi, my name is Ekaterina
I like to be called Kate or Eka. I’m 37. I’m married and I really love my 10 year old son. I’m an editor for a news channel. I’ve only recently learned about postcrossing. I’m sure that us getting to know each other will help me learn more about the world. To discover new cities, facts, traditions.
I have many hobbies (I’m a Gemini. Perhaps that’s why I’m bound to try all things new). When it comes to handcraft: I can cross stitch, knit and sew toys, can weave tapestry and belts and have recently learned to spin with a spindle. What else… I love reading. I mostly prefer Russian and foreign classic literature. Traveling is my guilty pleasure, one that I usually combine with photography. Right now I’m learning to play chess and UniWar.
I’d really like to receive postcards with little stories in them. I’d love to hear your thoughts and feelings. Your hobbies. What did you want to be when you were a child and what did you become. Maybe today you’ve learned an interesting fact about yourself, or you’ve read an exciting book, heard a beautiful song. Or, perhaps, you prefer classic music?
